ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Tyler Landry - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will aid team members in starting opportunities with customers and potential customers, and have opportunity to advance.

QUALIFICATIONS:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven sales and computer skills preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills preferred.
- Texas General Lines Agent Licenses Property & Casualty strongly preferred.
- Interview process requires completion of a skills assessment, background check, and drug screen.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage client files and relationships using our proven systems.
- Support agent productivity by handling all service focused tasks.
- Assist clients with insurance account service needs.
- Work with Agent to reach office goals.
- Follow our service excellence protocols.
This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm.
Compensation: $3,800.00 - $5,700.00 per year

- Our office is open 8:30am to 5:30pm.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2017.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
